Villa Surya opened it doors in early 2014 and has since then hosted over 50 Retreats and welcomed over 2000 guests. Villa Surya is well known for its outstanding quality in every aspect, service, Yoga and mind blowing Food

Our Yoga Retreat Villa has been constructed in a way to be able to meet new people and connect but at the same time hide-aways to get your well deserved me-time

2 Villas were connected on a surface of 600m2 where 300m2 of it are built.

Location of the Villa

Villa Surya is located in the laid back village of Imiouaddar, more commonly known as “Paradis Plage”, an 8 km drive north from the famous surfer village of Taghazout.

Nestled in the foothills of the Anti-Atlas mountains, overlooking a UNESCO protected Argan area with the beach a 2 minute walk away, you can enjoy the sound of the waves from the Villa as you relax and deepen your yoga and meditation practice.

The Villa would be rented to you exclusively for a maximum of 19 guests and 2 facilitators. We recommend though 16 guests and 2 facilitators to ensure a maximum in quality for your guests.

The setup of the Villa

The whole Villa is fully air conditioned/heated to ensure your guests are as comfortable as possible for your retreat.

Ground level:
Main entrance with reception and guest bathroom, front gardens with chill out swing, back courtyard with dining area and fountain, pool area with sun loungers and sitting area

First level:
Huge Dining area and living room, massage room Bedrooms – Shems and Ayour

Second level:
Bedrooms – Amlal, Mouja, Rreh, Itri, Igna, reading corner with panoramic views to the ocean

Third level:
Bedrooms Akal & Liil

Rooftop:
75m2 yoga shala, sauna and chill out area, roof terrace with sun loungers on 2 levels, meditation area and sunset views to the beach

• Igna – shared twin room, ensuite bathroom, sea view balcony
• Akal – private double bed room, shared bathroom with room Liil with views over the mountain and pool
• Liil – shared Twin room, shared bathroom with room Akal with views over the mountain and pool

All rooms can be booked as single rooms according to the preference of your guests or booked shared.

Our themed rooms do have air-condition for cooling and heating and come with wardrobes and hanging racks for personal belongings.

What you get from us

Accommodation, daily cleaning service and full use of all the facilities
During the time of your Retreat our receptionist will be available to handle the organizational part of the villa as well as possible excursions.

Price To Rent the compete Villa

Please note that we rent out our Villa exclusively for a minimum stay of 7 nights
For the accommodation (9 bedrooms, stays max 19 guests) and daily cleaning service: EUR 700 per night

What can be booked additionally

• Airport pick up and drop off from the Agadir area (bus station/airport/city centre)
• Full Board Food (Morning Juice, Delicious vegetarian buffet breakfast, afternoon tea with healthy snacks, Delicious vegetarian 4 course dinner

Extra services to be added

• Agadir transfers: EUR 40 pp (both ways)
• Full board: EUR 50 pp/day a minimum of 10 guests at the time of booking will be charged. Any additional guests can be paid for later on.

Surfing, excursions & Extras

In addition to a lovely stay, we can also help you to organize activities for your guests – surf lessons, day trips to Marrakech, Essaouira or Paradise Valley or visit the local Hammam, organize a cooking course, massages, and much more

How does our Payment work

We ask for a (non-refundable) 25% deposit to be paid within 5 days of making a reservation to our bank account in EUR or CHF.

The outstanding balance of 75% will be paid 42 days ahead of your scheduled arrival date.
