Nestled on the edge of a protected nature reserve in Imi Ouaddar along Morocco’s Atlantic coast, Villa Surya is a boutique yoga and wellness retreat made up of two connected villas, combining a peaceful wellness atmosphere with contemporary Moroccan coastal living.
Limited to a maximum of 16 guests, Villa Surya focuses on yoga, meditation, regeneration and personal wellbeing within an intimate and relaxing retreat setting.
Surrounded by the Anti-Atlas mountains, argan trees and cactus landscapes, the villa is located only a few minutes’ walk from the famous Paradise Plage and offers a peaceful escape between ocean, nature and Moroccan culture.

Our covered yoga shala offers more than 75 m² of space dedicated to movement, relaxation and mindful retreat experiences. Handcrafted wooden elements, traditional Berber art and large sliding glass doors create a seamless connection between the indoor space and nature.
The 90-minute morning practice is inspired by classical Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow. Evening sessions focus on restorative yoga and Yin Yoga to support relaxation, mobility and inner balance.

The cuisine at Villa Surya is inspired by the principles of balanced yogic nutrition with a focus on wellbeing, energy and inner balance. Fresh ingredients, flavourful dishes and mindful preparation naturally support both yoga and meditation practice.
Our kitchen is mainly vegetarian, partly vegan, and inspired by Mediterranean and Moroccan flavours. The goal is to create cuisine that feels light, nourishing and enjoyable at the same time.
All rooms are designed in a modern bohemian Moroccan style, combining natural materials with a calm boutique retreat atmosphere. Guests sleep in handcrafted wooden beds with ergonomic mattresses and premium Egyptian cotton bed linen.

The Shems room is a small and peaceful private room with two single beds that can be arranged together upon request. The private bathroom is located directly next to the room. Views of the garden and Zen fountain create a calm boutique retreat atmosphere.
The Ayour room is located on the ground floor of Villa Surya. This spacious triple room features three single beds and a private bathroom overlooking the garden and Zen fountain. Ideal for sharing with friends or fellow retreat guests.
The Itri room is located on the first floor. This bright twin room features two single beds, while the private bathroom is located directly next to the room. Views of the garden, Zen fountain, pool and surrounding nature reserve create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The Liil room is located on the second floor of Villa Surya. This spacious twin room features two single beds and views of the garden, pool, Zen fountain and surrounding natural landscape. The bathroom is shared with the Akal room and used by a maximum of three guests.
The Akal room is located on the second floor. This cosy private room features a queen-size bed and large panoramic windows overlooking the garden, pool and surrounding nature reserve. The bathroom is shared with the Liil room and used by a maximum of three guests.
The Mouja room is located on the first floor. This smaller and cosy private room features a queen-size bed, a private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden, Zen fountain, pool and surrounding natural landscape. Ideal for solo travellers or couples.
The Amlal room is located on the first floor. This spacious twin room features two single beds, a private bathroom and a private balcony with seating overlooking the front garden and the Atlantic Ocean. Large panoramic windows create a bright and peaceful atmosphere.
The Rreh room is located on the first floor. This stylish private room features a queen-size bed, a large private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the garden, village and Atlantic Ocean. Ideal for couples or solo travellers.
The Igna room is located on the first floor of Villa Surya. This large twin room features two single beds, a spacious bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the front garden, village and Atlantic Ocean. Available as a private or shared retreat room.
